Pre-school:
Toddlers - 2 years 6 months – 3 years old by June
Nursery - 3 years – 3 years 6 months old by June
Kinder - 3 years 6 months - 4 years 6 months old by June
Prep - 4 years 6 months – 5 years 6 moths old by June
Elementary:
Grade I - at least 6 years old by June
- must be able to read simple words and sentences, spell simple words (both in Filipino and English)
- must be a graduate of a complete pre- school course
Grade II-VI - must not have a general average lower than 82
- must have no grade lower than 80
- must display at least a presentable, manageable, sociable, trainable conduct
High School
Grade 7 and 8 (First and Second Year only)
- must not have a grade lower than 80 in any subject
- must display at least a sociable, presentable, manageable, trainable conduct
Third and Fourth Year only
- will depend on case and reason why there is a need to transfer to Ste. Anne de Beaupré School
- approval comes from strict scrutiny of Committee on Admissions
- must display at least a sociable, presentable, manageable, trainable conduct
- is placed under academic and disciplinary probation
